At Dutees, we are committed to your satisfaction. As a brand under Tirupur Knitwears Exports, we uphold the highest standards in product quality and customer support. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Easy 4-Step Return/Exchange Process
Step 1 – Contact Us
For any request, please contact our customer service team at team@dutees.com.
We have overseas return warehouses in the United States and Europe, etc. And we will provide you with the nearest return address.
Step 2 – Pack Your Item
Securely package your item(s) and include your order information inside the package. Ensure all item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
Step 3 – Choose Your Shipping Carrier
For returns without quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose any carrier to send back your package.
Once shipped, please send us a photo of the shipping receipt. This helps us track your return and ensure smooth processing. If you have any questions during the process, our customer service team is available to assist you.
Step 4 – Refund Processing
Once we receive and confirm the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding any initial shipping fees and shipping insurance).
Refund processing takes 5–7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is complete.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
1.When can I return or exchange an item?
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping discrepancies.
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags and packaging
2. Need a faster replacement?
Can I place a new order if I need the item urgently?
Yes! If you're in a hurry, simply place a new order for the same item (based on stock availability).Your original item will still be processed for a return/replacement after it is reviewed.
3. Are all products returnable?
No. All sales are final, except for issues related to manufacturing defects or delivery errors. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
4. What should I do when I received my package?
- Please inspect the package at the time of delivery, especially for tampering or weight mismatch.
- If you suspect damage or tampering:
- Do not accept the package.
- Email us immediately at team@dutees.com with photos. - Dutees will not be liable for damages or losses incurred during transit.
5. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 3 working days after approval by our Accounts Department.
Important Notes:
- Replacements will only be made for the same product design and style.
- Return or exchange requests after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
